JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support in collecting and organizing employees’ profiles.
- Manage and print employees’ profiles monthly.
- Support in translating company materials relating to regulations and policy.
- Support in the recruitment process.
- Take part in suggesting initiatives and supporting internal engagement activities
- Support other paperwork within HR Department and tasks assigned by Head of HR & Admin.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresher or 4th-year students majoring in Business English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant fields.
- Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
- Self-starter – take independent action and go beyond what the job or situation requires.
- Attention to detail, highly energetic, and drive for results.
- Proficient in Canva or other design tools is required.
- Good English is a big plus.
