JOB DESCRIPTION
- This role runs day to day Lending operations (including working on continuous process improvement initiatives) to bring financial products to Grab drivers / merchants / passengers.
- Working on continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operation, increase efficiency, mitigate operational risks and achieve cost savings. Focusing in agile solutions, particularly to support “process automation & integration” for Lending business.
- Support distribution of Lending products by working closely with Lending partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.
- Build offer application in quick and simple ways.
- You will be trained on tools to build applications in quick and simple ways (Zoho Creator, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- You will then help to support Lending functions to develop & maintain business applications that bring significant values to the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Excel & Office skills, analytical / number crunching mindset.
- At least 1.5-2 years of working experience in e-commerce / fintech products / operations / commerce operations field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in Business information system, Business Analysis, Commerce, Lean management or similar)
- Basic English communication- 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 5.0).
- Good team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile, love solving operational inefficiencies.
