JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interpreting during meetings with partners at the company, and making meeting minutes
- Translating documents and reports
- Welcoming, meeting, exchanging with, and escorting partners visiting headquarters and member companies, as well as company-affiliated centers
- Connecting with companies within the Sovico Group in external affairs
- Drafting, preparing agenda, program for business trips of Company’s Leaders
- Making documents, instruments to be sent to authorities
- Reporting work tasks to the CEO Office Director
- Performing other specialized tasks as requested by the CEO Office Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Professional knowledge/skills: Extensive knowledge of drafting, preparing agenda, programs for business trips of Company’s Leaders
- Language skills: Spoken and written English proficiency with excellent command on Translation – Interpretation
- Computer skills: Expert in MS Office and other office applications
- Other requirements: Good communication skills, polite, friendly, well-mannered
