JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist to monitor the social media ecosystem of our company (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative brand content for regularly scheduled posts, which resonate with our target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand image.
- Work with all aspects of social media and brainstorm with the project team leader to plan, create and execute campaigns.
- Keep track and update our social media pages with compelling corporate news.
- Work with the design team to produce creative assets, and photo albums.
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement rate, impressions, community growth)
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduates or 3rd/4th-year students.
- Proven experience in social media management with a passion for all things digital.
- Copywriting skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt to change and a constant desire to learn and improve.
