1.Main Responsibilities
Strategy
Establish an employee value proposition that is aligned with our brand mission and purpose, working with EB Team to produce a strategic plan to realize the value proposition.
Execution
Content writing, design, and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.
2.Basic Qualifications
- Have relevant experiences in the field of Employer Branding, PR, Branding, HR etc.
- Have a passion for both brands and people. Your core starts with serving people and you have a natural talent to engage and draw others in what you believe in.
- Be creative and good at storytelling.
- Proactively and independently drive towards results.
- Digital savvy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network
- High energy, resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
