JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with functional department to transform paper-based data or data from excel sheets into electronic format by using a computer keyboard to type in pre-prepared data into a database.
- Updates will include, but not limited to, Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 information along with material information, process information, trim information, color information, product information, costing information
- Work with Zurich team and VN team to ensure information is uploaded throughout the season within development calendar
- Submit work to team lead for final checking / validation of information
- This role may from time to time require fast pace data entry especially at each key development stage.
REQUIREMENTS
- People that are organized and detailed about entering correct data. Experience in data entry, automation.
- Know how to use a computer.
- Able to read and follow processes in a sequential manner as instructed.
- Able to manually identify incorrect information and correct it based on a given specification sheet.
- Show positiveness towards work and team spirit to help others within the team to complete the assigned task if needed.
- English communication skill is a must.
