Main Accountabilities:

1. Help Desk (30%)

  • Ensure to deliver good IT quality to support all users at Back Office, Hubs and Stores.
  • Monitor, predict and handle all IT issues/requests via ticket.

2. IT Admin (70%)

  • Manage and monitor IT contracts, licensing and notice to the team for renewal.
  • IT Inventory Management: Track and monitor status of laptop, monitor, camera, system and network devices…
  • Ensure IT equipment stock are adequate for all users and stores.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Propose software/tools to monitor device status and document characteristics of inventory.
  • Plan to orders replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Work with stakeholder to clarify the info, terms, condition…in the contract and support on the payment process.
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.




  • Graduated from the intermediate level of IT or related;
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field;
  • Basic English skill;
  • Basic understanding of IT equipments, contracts, procedure…

System Maintenance

  • Understand exchange method of Hardware;
  • Understand re-installation method of Server application & Client application;

Software Operation

  • Understand MS Office/ Google software from the document and hands on training;
  • Understand restaurant operation software Packages from the document and hands on training;
