JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Account team in daily tasks: follow up assigned tasks with related internal teams, search for reference information, prepare competitor reviews, and collect on-site details of brands and products (location visit and report).
- Assist in ensuring superior quality service and marketing ideas are delivered to clients, followed by effective & timely implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for clients’ meetings, handling meeting recaps and follow-ups.
- Undertake administrative tasks, well understand internal processes and strictly comply.
- Be the eye and ear of your team, and keep us updated with new observations/ trends/ insights/ ideas in the market and culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
- Pursuing a university degree in communication/ business/ commerce/ management or relevant fields.
- Have a basic understanding of brand building & communication.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- High English fluency, speaking and writing
