JOB DESCRIPTION
Young talent development program:
- Be a part of Organizer team of young talent development program at Panasonic Sales Vietnam (PSV)
- To assist in tracking and monitoring all promotion activities through various channels.
- To support in coordinating with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of PSV’s Young talent development program.
L&D Operations:
- Be in charge of onboarding process for new hires weekly.
- Preparing necessary documents, logistics support for L&D training.
- To assist team in enhancing new hire experience.
REQUIREMENT
- 3rd & 4th University undergraduates with background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant majors.
- Can do full-time job from April to June
- Good communication skill (both in English & Vietnamese)
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Basic use of design software such as AI, PTS, etc is preferred.
- Experience in Fresher/Internship program is an advantage.
- Goal oriented & willing to work under high pressure working environment.
