What you will do
- Implement required administrative processes and paperwork such as: preparing a contract, signing a contract, payment;
- Support the delivery of high-quality customer services and smooth operations to clients;
- Proactively coordinating with relevant teams (Tech, Finance , Legal, …) to ensure the overall progress of the projects and provide effective report to all partners and in-house departments;
- Implement other tasks per required by line manager.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
- Active, responsible, and detail-oriented;
- Proficient in MS Excel;
- Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
