Main Accountabilities:

1. Primary

  • Support the BrandComms Manager to constantly communicate with global/region to ensure marketing guidelines are upheld during execution of concepts to local market.
  • Plan and execute Brand Communication plans within the brand guidelines, integrating the effort of the creative, media, online, BTL and PR agencies.
  • Coordinate with the local eCOM team to manage adidas website
  • Manage the brand advertising, PR budget to achieve efficient and effective utilization.
  • Analyze and report country communication trends, including competitor analysis.
  • Implement and co-ordinate Marketing Events.
  • Support sales development by execution of appropriate brand communications support.
  • Plan and execute local campaigns within the brand guidelines and media communications plan.
  • To manage all 3rd party joint promotional requests and non-sporting sponsorship enquiries.
  • To plan, execute and manage all adidas non-sport events eg. Women’s, Sports Style and Trade Launches.
  • To help execute and manage AR program and community

 

2. Secondary 

  • Follow up closely with involved parties within the e-marketing and communication process.
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers).
  • Work closely with media company to ensure a media mix that will maximize impact with allocated budget that reaches out to our targeted consumers.
  • PR follow-up (Sports Performance & Sport Style) with PR agencies
  • NAP seeding management
  • Monitor competitor’s advertising activities

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional: Experience in brand management, marketing experience and exposure in business development expertise
  • Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
  • Exposure: Sports, Fashion

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Mass Communication
