- Process invoice for payment on time.
- Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.

Job Description
- Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing
- Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (request for quotations)
- Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation
- Support local and oversea buyers on purchasing process
- Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department
- Follow up purchasing contracts
- Do other daily business assistance
Qualifications
- Entitled as full-time student major in Economy, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain,… during internship period

- Support to localized marketing materials (landing pages, catalogues, articles)
- Translating and writing PR articles for external magazines & brochures
- Support to organize marketing events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting…)
- Support video production: pre-production, filming and editing
- Follow guideline to design for marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure,…) & manage POSMs stock
Qualifications

Corporate comm:
- Involve in all internal and external communications
- Maintain the corporate design guidelines and correctly advise all stakeholders whose visual works are related
- Keep information on Bosch website and intranet up-to-date
- Coordinate in the operation and monitoring of Bosch social media channels
Events:
- Coordinate in internal and external events
Admin tasks:
- Ensure proper filing process in accordance to internal regulations
- Coordinate to produce gimmicks
- Other admin tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- 3rd –4th year undergraduates with major in Journalism, PR, Communications or Humanities -related courses
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese

- Good command of English, good in MS Office
- Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management (WCMS), and photography is an advantage.
