Working Time: 05 days/week (02 days off in roster)

• Shift 1: 08:30 – 17:30
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (1 – 2 shift per week)

1. Operation Task (50%)

• Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
• Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products.
• Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.

2. Marketing & Event (30%)

• Working with brands to co-operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
• Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
• Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
• Survey market trend and update market status

3. Sales Report & Payment (20%)

• Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.
• Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.

LOCATION: Lotte Department Store, Lotte Center, 54 Liễu Giai, Cống Vị, Ba Đình, Hà Nội, Ba Đình

• Bachelor degree, any majors
• From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management…
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
• Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills
• Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good at working with numbers
• Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
