WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assist Total Rewards team in the operations of all C&B activities: labor contracts, policies, and benefits, timesheets.
- Follow up and handle the documents on the on-board and resignation process.
- Support to organize and store employees’ records.
- Other C&B duties assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related major.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Having the knowledge of Labour Law is preferred.
- Proficient in English especially writing skill.
- Hardworking and positive thinking, well-organized mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- Be able to join at least a 6-month full-time internship.
- Communicate clearly both written and verbal.
