About the job
Main Tasks:
International Warehousing & Trucking
- Receive and distribute the shipment plan to the related parties
- Manage the goods: stock, volume inbound/ outbound
- Collect necessary docs for inbound/outbound process
- Monitory the activities of packing/ sorting/ value added services as customer required.
- Arrange & manage pick up/delivery process
Controlling:
- Data entry to CW1 system
- Submit report/ statement to customer
- Monitor & follow up with the team to achieve KPI billing
- Support for internal reporting, data analysis
- Good at excel, power point
Requirements:
- Junior or Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
- Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
- Can-do attitude, hard-working & enthusiastic
