Responsibilities
• Gain exposure to diverse projects spanning fields such as finance, banking, manufacturing, and services. • Collaborate with a professional team to address complex issues.
• Support Senior in managing issue and change request lists using designated tools.
• Assist Senior in creating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Support Team Manager and customers.
• Have a chance to work with clients and understand clients’ requirements, expectations, their work practices and the nature of their business.
• Assist Senior in prepare documentation and support in developing deliverables to clients
Requirements
• Fresh graduates/senior students in Business Information System or Management Information Systems or Information Technology; • A good team player, proactive with service-oriented mind-set;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
• Analytical and creative thinking & Strong computer literacy; • Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Energy and passion to learn from others;
• Strong computer literacy;
• Practical past experience in IT security or business analysis.
* Having ONE of the following knowledge would be an advantage:
– ERP System (Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP A1, Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamic 365)
– Other certifications or qualifications related to ERP system implementation
