RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performance Management:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing the performance management process that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives and promotes regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management techniques and best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

2. Young Talent Programs:

  • Contribute to the design and execute the programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining early-career professionals. Provide them with the necessary resources, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

3. Talent Review and Succession Planning:

  • Assist in talent review processes to identify critical roles and talent pools and to create individual development plans.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Talent Development to establish a robust succession planning framework.
  • Support the implementation of succession planning initiatives and monitor progress.

4. ExCo Retreat and ExCo Development:

  • Support the planning and execution of executive-level retreats and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Talent Development to identify specific areas of focus for the executive team’s growth and development.
  • Assist in sourcing external vendors or resources to facilitate executive development programs.

5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Upskilling:

  • Assist in creating and implementing DEI training initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop resources, workshops, and activities to promote DEI awareness and inclusion within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DEI upskilling activities and recommend improvements.

6. Competency Framework:

  • Assist in integrating competencies into various talent development processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
  • Support employees in understanding and utilizing the competency framework for personal and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of performance management processes and practices.
  • Experience in succession planning, young talent programs, or competency framework implementation is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
