JOB DESCRIPTION
· Recruitment:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by writing content and posting job listings on company recruitment pages and social networking sites.
· Admin:
- Synthesize, process, and manage documents such as business trip orders, annual leave form,…
- Support HR reporting by collecting data and running monthly reports as required, such as new hires, organization charts, and turnover rates
- Assist with developing training programs, engaging participants, and arranging logistics
- Assist in organizing internal events such as workshops, birthday parties, and farewells, including preparing materials, providing instructions, and updating information for employees
- Perform other HR-related tasks as requested by the HR & Admin Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Students in the 3rd or 4th year of the University/College of related majors
- No experience required
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, diligent, eager to learn
- Love to work with people, detail oriented person.
- Basic communication English
- Prioritize full-time internship or can be off 1-2 sessions/week depending on the study schedule
- Duration of Internship: 6 months
