KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deep understanding HCVN products and processes.
  • Evaluating, analyzing and proposing insight to optimize TLS process to ensure all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time, while also identifying ways to improve efficiency among TLS.
  • Assisting TLS support manager in designing and implementing project plans for TLS; organizing, planning, and managing all aspects of a process from beginning to end.
  • Contact point of TLS in coordinating with stakeholders, external partners in projects impacting to TLS.
  • Delivering and updating new processes to TLS training.
  • Following up and ensuring all TLS processes matching with company strategy. Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal & compliance.
  • Reviewing schedules, resources and budgets to ensure that the process is on track, run smoothly and deadline are met.
  • Preparing all documents for TLS process implementation.
  • Generating test cases/ test scenarios results update for UAT, Pilot (Test C1, smoke test, Production test…) relating to TLS process.
  • Gathering and preparing reports relating to TLS process to optimize in accordance with budgets and cost.
  • Attending all the meetings with stakeholders regarding TLS process.
  • Other tasks upon requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree of relevant major
  • Knowledge of process drawing tools and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of business process of telesales or call center
  • Fluent in English (4 skills: speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Good at MS Office and presentation
  • Good analytical skill and presentation skill
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Adaptable, dynamic and flexible
  • Hardworking, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate, careful and loyal
