Evaluating, analyzing and proposing insight to optimize TLS process to ensure all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time, while also identifying ways to improve efficiency among TLS.
Assisting TLS support manager in designing and implementing project plans for TLS; organizing, planning, and managing all aspects of a process from beginning to end.
Contact point of TLS in coordinating with stakeholders, external partners in projects impacting to TLS.
Delivering and updating new processes to TLS training.
Following up and ensuring all TLS processes matching with company strategy. Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal & compliance.
Reviewing schedules, resources and budgets to ensure that the process is on track, run smoothly and deadline are met.
Preparing all documents for TLS process implementation.
Generating test cases/ test scenarios results update for UAT, Pilot (Test C1, smoke test, Production test…) relating to TLS process.
Gathering and preparing reports relating to TLS process to optimize in accordance with budgets and cost.
Attending all the meetings with stakeholders regarding TLS process.
Other tasks upon requests.
