OnPoint Trailblazers – The Management Trainee program at OnPoint is a dynamic and comprehensive training experience focused on developing your leadership and management skills. The role involves:

II. REQUIREMENTS:
OnPoint TRAILBLAZERS is looking for:
- Fresh graduates with less than 02 years of working experience and GPA >= 3.0/4.0
- Have strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency
- High self-motivation and willingness to learn, passionate about E-commerce
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritize tasks effectively to stay result-oriented
