JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is to support the Line Manager in controlling and accounting tasks for Warehouse management and transportation expenses in respective locations, ensuring timely and accurate expense recognitions and correct payments to related suppliers, including warehousing, transportation, pallet rental, etc…
1. Check and validate all WH, pallet rental, and primary/delivery transportation invoices in the month to support EVP Operations and Supply Chain’s approval.
2. Review 3PL services and performance (DIFOT, WH, and stock management) to finalize total allowance, compensation, and claim… as per contractual KPIs.
3. Support line manager to complete MEC tasks, ensuring timely and quality monthly closing reports for respective 3PL WH and transportation services as per PTR requirements, by accurately calculating and booking accruals and closely keeping track of accrual fall-in and fall-out.
4. Prepare financial reports and Balance Sheet Review accordingly
5. Support line manager on assigned tasks of Logistics/ Warehouse team such as: improving DIFOT dashboard performances, DIFOT in-full component, Stock consolidation, Auto billing verification,…
6. Support in operation audits/tax health checks with full documentation, and evidence as required.
7. Perform self-test for Logistic transactions/documentation per the company agenda required by the Internal Control Dept.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University graduate, majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ Logistics
2. Good understanding and knowledge of accounting standards, tax, legislation, company policy, and SOPs
3. Have system knowledge (SAP, ERP,…)
4. Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to work under time pressure
