JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engage with our partner and build strong business relationships, listening to their needs, and feedback and always staying in close communication.
- Form marketing campaigns and initiatives together with our partners, agencies & merchants to add value to our users, forming a win-win value exchange model.
- Help drive growth and high ROI – ensuring that our partners are growing together with us. Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner & optimize them for long-term success.
- Serve as the point of contact between the partners and multiple internal stakeholders and ensure maintaining performance and quality consistently.
- Ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.
- Help create frameworks, processes, and tools frequently to keep evolving and manage all parties ‘ performances, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our partners better.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management and/or Business development on the agency/marketing side.
- Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to senior-level management.
- A start-up attitude – willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra fast-paced.
- Be able to articulate and communicate well
- English skill – intermediate, focus on speaking
