VNG is currently looking for an Employer Branding Collaborator. You will create and deliver effective internal communications for VNGGames as a collaborator. You will also produce engaging content and maintain a strong employer presence for VNG on social media platforms.
As part of our high-performing team, the collaborator will have the following responsibilities:
Internal Communication
- Plan, write, and edit internal announcements, publications, and other related communication materials
- Support in managing the system of VNGGames’ internal communication channels
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of communications
- Collect best practices from the industry (technology and games) and propose feasible applications to VNG and VNGGames’ context
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager
Employer Branding Communication
- Assist in monitoring the social media ecosystem of VNG, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative brand content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining a consistent brand image
- Work with the design team to produce related creative assets

- Good English writing and editing skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Experience or interest in employer branding and organizational culture
- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
- Proficiency in communication and social media tools
