JOB DESCRIPTION
As the primary person in charge of overseeing employee data and information, you will be responsible for efficiently maintaining and operating People-related automation tools. In addition, you will assist the People Operations team in implementing company policies and organizing engagement activities to enhance employee connections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the operation and maintenance of employee database with automation tools
- Take part in the Employee engagement & benefit activities to own event operations (e.g. team bonding events, company trips, health checkup arrangements, and other extra activities), which helps bring all of us together to bond
- Assist with the development and execution of People Engagement strategies and policy operation plans
- Analyze statistics, employees’ evaluation to assess policy effectiveness and contribute to proposing a reasonable action plan of improvement
- Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders
- You possess vital planning and organizational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritize effectively and make decisions
- You are capable of analyzing statistical data and market researching
- You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
