Job Description
The Influencer Partnership Executive’s role is to support Business Lead team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses, and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy.
Responsibilities
In 2023, this covers the following priorities:
- Performs day-to-day influencer partnership work, which may include drafting a wide range of influencer contacts and managing projects performed with and by others.
- Build up Influencer relation to support internal team (PR & Social Team)
- Advise the internal team: ways of working & how to collaborate with influencer. Convince the influencer utilizing the project’s offer (individual or company).
- Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Keep team(s) appropriately informed and involved in projects; ensure projects run smoothly, and help team members feel empowered, respected, and educated.
- Identify and secure assistance with emerging account problems. Understands and manages billing system and activity reporting processes.
- Manages time for optimum productivity and maximum billability.
Requirements
This person should be qualified:
- At least 1 – 2 years working experience (past experience working for a Influencer or Digital Agency is a plus)
- Has a strong communication skill (presentation, negotiation)
- Has strong problem-solving skill, able to come up with a fruitful solution for daily tasks.
- Strong project management skill, able to manage multiple parties to complete tasks and deliver quality outcomes for projects.
- Has a good sense of art: able to brief, judge and give constructive feedback for creative teams to deliver high quality visual/creative for projects.
- Possesses a high degree of English competency.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
