JOB DESCRIPTION
Onsite project management/ Implementation including using project management techniques to deliver the project as objective successfully
Collaborating with the project team members and cross-function departments to achieve the target
Collaborating with Engineering & Maintenance team to follow up an action plan of maintenance model to ensure achievement according to an approved road map
Performance:
· Ensure all projects are technically fit for purpose and meet the requirements
· Create project plan and supervise implementation to ensure that deadline is followed
· Attends/is In charge of the project process and propose a solution and supervises the follow-up
· Meeting with project team member & stakeholders to identify and solve issues
· Participant with the team in root cause investigation of technical issue
· Coordinating development of qualification documentation as URS/IQ/OQ, work instruction
· Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Methods:
· Follow project activities and prepare progress reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
· Report to Engineering & Maintenance Head on weekly basic
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate
- Engineering/Technical/Data Analysis or Business Administration background
- Planning skill
- Project management experience is preferred
- Expat candidate (can communicate in Vietnamese) or Vietnamese candidate (can communicate in English)
- LEAN knowledge is an advantage
- Capable of analyzing data
- Presentation skill
- Interpersonal skill
