Job Description:
– Receive mails, phone calls and welcome guest
– Provide support to employees relating to administration jobs
– Support travel management (Car, hotel, air ticket, visa): Handle car, hotel, Air ticket booking & visa
application process for employees
– Handle day to day assets management to ensure office & facility under good condition & well utilized
– Assist team on company events (Company trip, Year end party, internal activities…)
– Other HR-GA tasks assigned upon business needs.
Requirements:
– Proactive and willing to learn new things
– Good communication & interpersonal skills
– Good at English skill
