WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
1/ Account Payable:
-
Reviewing all incoming invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.

Ensure all accounts payable invoices have proper approval and approved purchase order(s).

Keeping track of recurring payments.
-
Following up and managing advances of employees.
2/ Records keeping and filing
-
Maintaining financial records and producing weekly expenditure reports according to the supervisor’s instructions.
-
Filing and managing accounting documents.
3/ Assist in any other ad-hoc projects, assignments, or tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Candidates are students majoring in accounting, finance, or individuals with an interest in numbers.

Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills.

Highly organized and able to manage priorities.

Careful, meticulous, and focused on work.

Passionate about getting things done efficiently.

Verbal and written communication skills (English).
-
A quick and driven learner.
