Job Summary
Assist for activities of Talent & Development team, especially focus on Employer Branding; and Learning & Development , under Human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding scope (EB)
– Promote Coca-cola Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by various communication programs target to both internal & external audiences, approaching by both offline and online channels (Linked, FB). Create content and visual/designs for posting: employee experiences, business update, award & recognition, job opportunities, etc.
– Support to organize EB events and programs: Career fairs at universities; Programs for young generations; Ambassador program,…
– Support to build partnership with key universities, youth communities or key target groups of talents.
– Proactively taking initiatives to drive the effectiveness of EB activities to strengthen Coke’s image as an Employer of Choice on the market.
2. Learning & Development scope (L&D)
– Support Learning & Development manager to facilitate internal training/learning sessions
– Create the communications to promote learning spirit & attract attendees.
– Help to monitor the report / performance review on Learning platforms.
– Other tasks as assigned within the scope of Talent & Development team.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Final year students or fresh graduate with career interest in HR. Can work almost fulltime Mon-Fri (few days off for school are acceptable)
– Having relevant experience from extracurricular activities or internship in Marketing/ Communications /Event organizing / Branding
-Candidates with Design skills (using Canva, Adobe PTS/AI) is preferred.
– Creative. Proactive. Having sense of art and ability to create communications
– Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
– Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office.
