JOB SCOPE
- Learn and support tasks relating to Employee data management, Training & Development, and Digitalization/Automation projects
- Handling daily admin tasks: inputting candidate data, updating recruitment process, tracking compliance
- Supporting HR Marketing activities, e.g. job fair.
- Other assigned projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate students in Human Resources/Business Administration major
- Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
- Eager to learn
- Responsible and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Independent working style
- Team-player
- Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
