Responsible for support PDL daily operation in FIT, Pulse Actions & Connect Campaign contribute to create a great people experience for L’Oréal Employee in Onboarding, Performance Culture, Simplicity Culture.
Highlight Projects:
- FIT (onboarding)
- CONNECT (Performance Management & career development)
- Activation on building Culture & Engagement activities
- Support Leaders & their Teams in Simplicity Journey (+Pulse) through coordinate Pulse Program (Survey, Action Plan, Follow-up plan)
KAIs:
- Adoption of CONNECT ritual & PD Solutions.
- Completion & feedback of PD & Culture Campaign/Programs
KPIs:
- Pulse Question on Development, Simplicity, Leadership
- People Turn Over
Most important qualifications, background and experience:
- Passionate about people development & learning
- Strong communication in English
- Resilience & able to follow up with multi projects & stakeholder at the same time
- Strong in using MS Office Apps (PPT, Excel, SWAY, Teams Site)
- Confident to do animation & facilitation for internal event as MC/host
- Digital/Tech savy for HR/Learning tools
