JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accepting customer reservations
- Creating reservation ledgers
- Selling to reserved customers
- Grasping the names of reservations and accompanying guests
- Processing payments
- Grasping, operating, and managing POS functions
- Other tasks by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Have experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is big plus
- Knowledge to operate a cash register and use ordering systems
- Knowlege to use POS operation is preferable
- Good communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Have CS orientation
