WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT – PURPOSE

You are responsible for Field Force Effectiveness performance tracking and correlation to their territory performance to evaluate as well as diagnose business areas and provide inputs for the next steps. He/she’ll also help out to DSO team on FF capability improvement.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Account Performance Tracking and Monitoring

  • Fully responsibility for all of reports and analysis related to Key Account channel performance such as Market price increase, JTI brands performance in specific convenient chain versus key SOB brands,..ect
  • Collaborate with KA administrator to review the KA scan data and syncronize into BI dataware house to ensure the availability of historical data
  • Provide the ad-hoc analysis and any support related to KAC during planning period

Digital Performance Tracking Tool:

  • Power BI: in conjunction with Commercial system, IT hub and M&S stakeholders to align on the KPIs list which is applied to track and monitor the Sales operation performance such as Volume, Off-take, Distribution, Strike call, Strike rate, Repeated purchase and Drop size. Fully responsible and accountable on IT development and implementation coordinator.
  • Gauge project: in conjunction with Commerical system, C&TM and Regional IT stakeholders to align on the program KPIs tracking to develop and implement the trade program dashboard

GIS Digital Planning Tool

  • Collaborate with BI Assistant Manager to be a power user of GIS platform, create the territory potential mapping, train the trainers and recommend the potential brand activitation activity to M&S team.
  • Monitor vendor performance and budget planning

South Trade Program Tracking

  • Responsibility for all of reports and analysis related to Trade programs across channel and market.
  • Collaborate with Sales  & C/TM functions to provide the clear insights as well as recommendation what next we should focus for improvement or continueing acceleration
  • Start to work with BI Assistant Manager and C&TM to develop the ROI calculation and learning how to better leverage our investment. New launch Performance Tracking and Monitoring
  • Collaboration with M&S subfunctions to analyze, review and provide the recommendation for the NPL with comprehensive data points from Volume, Off-take, Distribution, Repeated purchase, Visibility, Program effectiveness, Retailers, Consumers response.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor in Accounting and Finance or equivalent is required
  • 3-5 years in FMCG sales and/or marketing functions; preferably experiences with business analysis and market research.
  • Cross-cultural experience.  Solid background in research techniques and consumer/brand/trade analysis.  Good understanding of operational constraints and practical application of research to solve business problems.
  • Ability to focus on the detailed tasks to achieve specific outcome
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels across functions
  • Proven team player
  • Good working knowledge of technical tools as Microsoft office, Outlook and System Management
  • Good English (speaking & writing) and fluent Vietnamese language.
