ADMIN SUPPORTER – PART TIME
A PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENT OR FRESH GRADUATE
Your Mission:
- Maximize the efficiency of team members by providing them the best security, facilities and delivery & express services to them and their relevant customers/ partners.
Your Duties:
- Welcome teammate, clients & visitors in a warm and friendly manner with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly manner and professional. Take message or forward phone call accordingly
- Manage the record of Visitors/suppliers in & out
- Control the safety in the office by stop strangers get in the office without record and namebadges
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail or teammate
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis in Receptionist area (TV, flowers, reception‘s lights) and the other common areas (including a photocopy/printing machines, water machine, coffee machines
- Manage admin warehouse (order, restock when needed) and make sure apply 5S
- Manage Plants in the office
- Support office common events, happy hours and perform other ad hoc Administrative duties

- Working time: Mon – Fri & 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM at least: 9 hrs per week.
