Role Description

This is a contract remote role as an Interactive Experiment COACH. The role involves performing weekend tasks related to coaching and personal development, focusing on promoting and enhancing the quality of life in various dimensions. The COACH will provide valuable assets through professional training, coaching, and interaction experiments to boost and enhance the qualifications and personal growth of individuals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years experience in Training, Mentoring, Coaching
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and the ability to understand and connect with individuals
• Experience in conducting interactive experiments and activities
• Knowledge of coaching techniques and strategies
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Certification or training in coaching or related fields is a plus
• Experience in personal development and self-improvement
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with individuals of different backgrounds and needs
• Understanding of the importance of personal growth and continuous improvement
• Follow the instructions of the Interactive Experiment Programs from VNABF.
• Gain achievement in Coaching progress such as Guest Speaker, Talent Speaker, Public Interviewer is a plus
