Job Description:
Main tasks
- Responsible for setting up registration websites for internal admission methods of International University.
- In charge of processing admission data and admission according to the methods determined by the school.
- Establish a system for publishing information about “Graduate Diploma” and update the online score review request system.
- Apply information technology to automatic course registration for new students each semester.
- Manage information technology systems and equipment of the University Training Department.
- Support the design and development of the “Subject registration management” system each semester for faculties/subjects.
- Design and develop a management system for announcing Admission Results and an Online Admission system for new students upon admission.
Coordination works
- Admissions consultation via phone or directly at the University Training Department.
- Directly receive University admission applications.
- Receive admission documents for new students.
- Support the development of University admission information website.
- Publicly support admission consultants at admission consulting days.
- Support the printing of Graduation Diplomas for students and the organization of Graduation ceremonies.

- Perform tasks within CEE’s Labs.
- Assist in designing and installing equipment and piping systems, and ensuring laboratory safety.
- Support in operating and maintaining environmental/chemical engineering models, monitoring their usage.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the University and the School.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or other relevant fields
