RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and production of various marketing materials in both English and Vietnamese such as brochures, flyers, proposal templates, presentations, event materials
• Assist marketing team on other work when needed including with: market research, production of internal newsletter, branded merchandise, stock management and other admin tasks
• Support marketing events including but not limited to event communications and photography
• Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables (including communications and support materials)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in business or a related discipline
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Good written and verbal communications in both English and Vietnamese
• Experience in any of the above marketing and communications work
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Demonstrate “can do” attitude with fast learning ability
