1. Business as usual:

  • Support the technical team in preparing spare parts for weekly, monthly maintenance.
  • Support the technical team to build task list maintenance in SAP.
  • Support the technical team in translating the training docs, technical guidelines.
  • Support project: follow-up action to ensure project timeline.
  • Support to use of automatic identification systems / manual systems for receiving, put-away, wave management, order allocation, replenishment, picking, shipment scheduling, inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Check information of purchase invoices, purchase orders and key in these matching invoices into the system.
  • Build up Power BI reports to manage performance and reporting.
  • Prepare/assemble documents and arrange schedules for meetings.

2. Project management:

  • Production – focus on Conversion Projects
  • Provide hands-on support in the execution of conversion projects, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines.
  • Support in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans.
  • Help in coordinating project activities, liaising between different departments, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Logistic – focus on Clearance & Spare part delivery for Projects & BAU
  • Assisting with the compilation and submission of all required clearance documentation.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of project tasks related to clearance activities
  • Contributing to control inventory at WH.

3. ESG coordinator –  Environmental Permit Project

  • Assisting with the compilation and submission of all required environmental documentation.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Aiding in research and compliance activities related to environmental regulations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.


  • Effective working relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Deep understanding in FMCG manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good general administrative and planning skills


  • Working Location: Vinh Loc Industrial Park (Binh Chanh)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.
  • Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM
