WHAT YOU WILL DO
1/ Account Payable:
- Reviewing all incoming invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Ensure all accounts payable invoices have proper approval and approved purchase order(s).
- Keeping track of recurring payments
- Following up and managing advances of employees.
2/ Records keeping and filing
- Maintaining financial records and producing weekly expenditure reports according to the supervisor’s instructions.
- Filing and managing accounting documents.
3/ Assist in any other ad-hoc projects, assignments, or tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Candidates are students majoring in Accounting, Finance, or individuals with an interest in numbers.
- Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage priorities.
- Careful, meticulous, and focused on work.
- Passionate in getting things done the efficient way.
- Verbal and written communication skills (English).
- A quick and driven learner.
