The NEXGen 2024 is a Green Talent program dedicated to nurture young talent to become future entrepreneurs in clean energy. Our aim is to equip participants with the practical skills and knowledge they need to make a meaningful impact in the green and sustainable future.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 18 to 24 years old.
- Citizenship: Citizens and residents of Vietnam.
- Language: Communicational English level
- Field of Interest: Have a keen interest and/or experience in sustainable energy and entrepreneurship.
- Availability: Available to participate in all the program activities, including the training program; 02-month minimum internship and an international conference trip (limited for TOP 15)
TIMELINE
- April: Call for Applications. We would like to invite young talents passionate about sustainability and green energy to apply for The NEXGen 2024 program.
- May: Evaluation & 1-1 Interview
- June: Networking Events/Training Workshops (Online & Offline). Selected participants engage in various networking events and/or sharing workshops to provide knowledge of sustainable energy and entrepreneurship.
- July – October: Internship/Project Period. Participants embark on a 02-month minimum internship program, gaining hands-on experience in real-world green job settings.
- November: Summit – where participants share their learnings, project results, and experiences from the internship period. This is the best opportunities to discuss and network with industry experts and fellow participants.
- December: International Conference Trip (exclusive for TOP 10). The journey concludes with an immersive international conference trip where participants have the chance to explore global perspectives on sustainability, attend seminars, and connect with like-minded individuals.
