JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Technical Support (RMA) Intern at Garmin Vietnam, you will support in the evaluation, diagnosis, and repairing process of smartwatches and collaborate with our senior technicians, engineers to ensure the highest quality of product service and customer satisfaction
1.Product Inspection and Diagnosis:
- Inspect returned products to identify defects or issues.
- Diagnose the root cause of problems and determine whether repair is feasible.
2.Repair and Replacement:
- Perform repairs on defective units, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Replace faulty components, ensuring proper functionality.
3.Documentation and Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of RMA (Returned Material Authorization) cases.
- Update repair status, including successful repairs and any unresolved issues.
4.Collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Support Engineers to resolve RMA issues efficiently.
- Assist in successful repair processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Education:
- Pursuing in a relevant bachelor’s degree program such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics.
Required Skills:
- Good English skill.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and repair techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow repairing procedures.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, cross function team, and documenting repairs.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
