JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Talent Acquisition
- Assist to identify sourcing channels to approach and recruit qualified candidate.
- Assist to manage recruitment and selection proccesses (Sourcing – HR interview – Manager interview – Offer – Onboard)
- Keep records of candidates database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way
2. Admin
- Support to implement the HR projects such as Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Internal Communications..
- Guild new employees for personal documents preparation
- Work with other HR functions (C&B, Admin, IC) for pre-onboarding preparation for new employees
- Other HR jobs for project as required by TA Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification
- A universiity degree or higher preferably
- Be able to work full time from Mon – Fri
2. Relevant Experience:
- Graduated student, Final-year student with Economics, Human Resources, Business, Administration major.
3. Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Positive, proactive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
- Passionate in Human Resource
- MS Office – Specializing in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Engslish Communication
