Responsibility:
- Handle IT recruitment support tasks: screening candidate profiles, scheduling tests/ interviews, shortlist qualified candidates.
- Manage candidates data dashboard and applicant tracking system.
- Implement the digital communication and generate job postings to attract talents.
- Support to organize Talent Acquisition projects: Jobs fair, Workshops, ACB Experience, ACB The Next Banker etc.
Requirement:
- Prioritize tech-savvy candidates whose desired career path is non-mass Talent Acquisition orientation.
- Quick adaptability and be able to efficiently work under high pressure.
- Good observability & proactively to solve problems
- Teamwork spirit and independent working ability.
- High English proficiency in both verbal and written communication is a plus.
Working time:
- From 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range:
- >5 million per month
