SUMMARY

• Lead and manage SC projects in transformation of S&OP aligned with regional and global frameworks
• Manage SC strategic project related distribution models upstream and downstream
• Build an efficient and accurate demand & supply database to drive business analytics

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead/work with SC team and cross functions to drive SC projects
• Monitor/track project progress and identify potential risks causing delay or impact.
• Prepare slides or related documents to update project status or escalate to higher level
• Lead/maintain project meetings to track progress.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• No direct report, however, this position will have project members.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years experiences:
  • Related to distribution.
  • Related to Logistics, Demand Planning experience.
  • Experience in Health Care industry is a plus.
