  • Responsible for user growth of Social Media platforms delivering projects, campaigns awareness/engagement by social initiatives.
  • Supervise & monitor Agency to deliver the final outcome following set KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal resources and work with other teams across all functions (Commercial, Campaign, etc) that coincide with the campaign & brand messages, ensuring that all tasks are on track.
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience and engagement across social platforms.
  • Analyzing social media metrics with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Measure and report the performance of all campaigns performance.
  • Monitor & update competitor reviews.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the team lead.


  • Graduated from College/University with at least 6 months – 1-year experience in Communications / Social Media / Project Management.
  • Good at analyzing / processing/reading data; Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word).
  • Have a sense of creativity, especially for social outreach (KOL, Community)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with teams from across the region.


  • Attractive salary: Gross salary 9,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND
  • Allowance: 1,790,000 VND
  • 100% salary during the probationary period.
