Job Description:
As a Social Intern, your primary responsibility is to assist directly the Social Executive on social assignments related to agency’s business. This includes preparing statistical reports for clients, updating database of social channels, KOLs in a timely manner, researching on social trends and tactics, working with other internal departments on social deliverables for creative proposals. You will have an opportunity to experience the dynamic working environment of a leading creative agency from the inside, to learn from your supervisor and senior industry practitioners, and to collaborate on live projects of major brands in the pursuit of modern creativity.
Fanpage Management
- Monitor posting on several platforms according to the content calendar of each brand
- Daily response/ interacting with followers/ fans via comments/ inbox on several fan pages
Prepare and provide statistical reports for clients and update database of social channels, KOLs, and so on in a timely manner
Working with third-parties for KOL/ influencer suggestions and collaboration
Keep track on social landscape of influencers, communities, online channels & publishers, competitor brands to identify new trends, social insights, and tactics
Person Specification
Knowledge and experience
- Pursuing a BA degree, major in marketing or relevant fields
- General social awareness about, but not limited to, economic, consumers, culture, etc.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate)
- Have knowledge about social media trends, digital marketing landscape at large, fan pages, forums, and other social media channel management and tactics
Skills and abilities
- Ability to differentiate the impact of diversified channels, strengths, and weaknesses of each one
- Demonstrable passion for social media and community management
