We are looking for Purchasing Staff/ Senior Staff who are willing to join Delivery team and take the role of controlling order quantity and delivery plan.
* POSITION 1: PURCHASING SENIOR STAFF (Permanent)
* POSITION 2: PURCHASING STAFF (Temporary 12 months)
Details as below:
• Control order quantity and delivery plan and negotiate with supplier for best plan to catch up production plan and minimize inventory.
• Co-work with Warehouse to feedback about delivery problem and claim to suppliers.
• Co-work with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan if production plan changes.
• Control Material & Part: check shipping documents, import customs clearance.
• Co-work with forwarder for customs procedure.
• Submit Customs Declaration sheets to Accounting for tax payment.
• Bachelor Degree (Economics/Technical University)
• Having at least 1 year experience in delivery control of a manufacturing FDI company
• Good communication skill in English (Japanese is a plus)
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willing to work under very high pressure
• Active, careful, patient and honest
