JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support Business Development & Marketing team to issue promotions programs (vouchers, product promotions, add-on deals, bundle deals, free shipping…) on requests.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
- Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
- Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user’s experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
- Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
- Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
- Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/rebate-related issues and improve the voucher process.
- Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user’s experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
