Job Description
- Be a main contact point for Transport Order (TO) creation in Transport Management System (TMS).
- Overland TO Desk responsibility:
- Collect & verify transport related information such as commercial invoice, cargoes, incoterm, etc. provided by suppliers & warehouse team.
- Create/ update TO in TMS based on defined work instructions and standard processes.
- Monitor TO’s status & e-docs from open to close.
- Report to direct superior in case of exceptions.
- Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Preferable students in last semester related to Logistic, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance, etc.
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel is a must. Optional: Word, PowerPoint. Power BI or Python is an advantage
- Proactive, hardworking, and independent
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
- Preferable candidates who can work full-time (8hrs/day, Mon-Fri)
