What you will do:
- Support team to take care of administrative tasks related to paperwork:
- scan, and arrange documents/ contracts before saving them in the storage & in the online folder.
- support to provide the hardcopy or softcopy of documents/ contracts when having requirements from related teams.
- Perform daily Operation activities that are related to MC Profile Management. For example: Update information, create/ approve Merchant’s store on the tool, etc.
- Any other tasks when having requirements.
What you will be required:
- Can work full-time in a 3-month internship
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, meticulous.
- Good at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by management.
